
Our first ever mix of Arabica and Robusta beans together and we were very happy with the result. Using a ratio of 80:20, our Roastmaster has prepared an extremely light and sweet coffee without the characteristic robusta bitterness, all the while maintaining the depth and power of caffeine which are looked for in mixtures of Arabica and Robusta. This fantastic fusion of beans from Central America and Asia really works, and for us at The Krakow Roastery No.28 is a reason to be proud!
