
Strength - this is what we generally value most in Robusta blends. 37 has a delicate acidity to balance the biterness, which although necessary, doesn't stay for longer than a few seconds and gives way to delicate fruity flavours of cherry and marzipan. Surprising in every brewing method; deep and full in espresso whilst light and balanced in alternatives, thanks to which 37 is one of the most universal coffees in our portfolio.
